Exactly, I was going to bring up Roshi wanting to fight too. Plus, like you said, the two's strength wasn't revealed until Goten and Trunks were on their way to fight. Another option would be that they hadn't decided it was going to be a one-on-two or two-on-two yet, as Goku only brings that up after everyone had pitched in their willingness to fight.

This looks very good, indeed. The only thing I'd change is Videl (Post-Training) > Mr. Satan (CG). I definitely think she passed up his absolute prime.

The whole argument about Krillin immediately stop fighting after Cell is vague. We don't know when he got with 18, he had no real reason to stop; peace never stopped Krillin from exercising. Getting rejected for the first time, don't you think he would keep training to try to forget that "humiliation"? Plus, the gap between Krillin and Tien seemed to be closing as time went by. In Dragon Ball it would seem Tien had a large gap against Krillin, but by DBZ, Krillin was 206 and Tien was 250 if I'm not mistaken. Still a gap but it seems shorter when they got to the DBZ portion of the series.

I think Krillin stopped fighting and trying to keep up, but kept in shape.

To be honest, there is nothing stating Tenshinhan kept training either, we just assume he did.

Well it's a logical assumption since that's how he is, it's like he never forgave himself for all the bad things he done in the past so he's always away from the group, training and all that. And then when we see him commenting on Goku's SSJ3 powers, it kind of looks like he was training with that pokemon.

It's only natural to assume so, and it's very likely the case, but all I'm saying is; It's a possibility he gave up, no matter how slim.

Daizenshuu 2 – Story Guide
Tenshinhan wanders throughout the entire Earth. He will continue training forever.

Vol. 42 / Chp. 517 It seems that he(Chaozu who follows Tenshinhan orders and obviously Tenshinhan ) trains often in northern provinces, and in the mountains he wears heavy clothing.

I know you guys like to address the Daiz like it is some sort of truth, but it isn't. AT didn't write it himself, even though he says it's okay. That's a discussion for another time, though.

Toriyama in the Daizenshuu 4 states that Tenshinhan continued to train hard during those 7 years after the Cell saga. He explains that Tenshinhan's relocating all the time, looking for better training locations, is the reason why Lunch never found him.

But you are right, it's an assumption, all I'm saying is it's a logical one judging by his character. But the same goes for Krillin, nothing says he stopped exercising, he's trained in the past while peace was around so why would he just stop out of no where? After getting married; that's a reason, but no one knows when he got with 18.

I'd like that quote, because I can't find it in the Toriyama Interview Archive.

In one of the interviews I showed you recently, where it talks about age, that's also where Toriyama states Chaozu farms aside from training with Tenshinhan.

Must have missed that. I'm not surprised though, because it's in their nature. Tenshinhan's anyway.
