 If we're entertaining the idea of Cold having more forms, it'd be easier to say he has the same multipliers/gains as Freeza

Cold (Second Form) : 90,000,000
Cold (100%) : 9,000,000,000

Imo, he'd get pretty close to #16, but fall short still.

Viz aren't the most competent translators around. They miss a lot of stuff/change stuff around so you're best off using Herms.
Ah I see. I concede then, on that point. The only way it'd be questionable would be Freiza's arrogance and King Cold only caring for his Clan's strength, but that's not too convincing.
Also honestly it wasn't viz translation. It was a different online source.

No, I disagree with that. Goku beating Freiza proves that there's someone who can beat someone in their clan. Doesn't mean he feels Goku is stronger than he himself.

I try to remember key words, especially who the poster was. For that exact post, I searched "Cocoman Freeza Cold" and it was the second result.

It would be the same if I was looking for something else.

Now that that's explained, assuming I gave Cold the same exact multipliers I gave Freeza...

2nd Form Cold - 100,000,000
3rd Form Cold - 153,000,000 (+53%)
4th Form Cold - 267,750,000 (x1.75)
100% Cold - 6,000,000,000 (x60 from 2nd Form)

I don't know where I'd put No.16 number-wise, so I could say it'd go either way at this point.

Cold is Friezas dad, he spoiled Frieza, he could be letting Frieza rule or appear superior bcuz thats his son and he really doesn't give a s***. Thats maybe why Cooled wanted to stomp his *ss himself. As for whose stronger, the Z fighters felt two great ki coming to earth. They didnt say "Oh sh*t! We have a huge power and oh wait....why is there a miniscule one with it..." In 2nd form Cold wasnt far from his son supposedly. Frieza is done transforming, Cold still has 3 power ups to go thru. His boosts shouldnt be far off from Friezas, therea no reason for them to be. 16 would clean Colds clock but the Frieza/Cold thing is a handful ppl....
