Goku is supposed to have a body of steel, so an "uber powerufl" gun shouldn't do much. RIIIIIGHT? Anyway, Videl was trained briefly by Gohan, and Mr. Satan is her father, even though he probably never trained her personally. And please don't say Mr. Satan isn't a good martial artist, because he is.
