If Videl kicked Kid Goku she would got broken leg. He has power far surpassing his own abbilities doesn't mean that he was super strong. His abbility didn't showed that power, but he kept going and finaly won the match. That was suprising to Goku.... Of course blocking makes a difference. How the hell would you know Videl would have a broken leg if she kicked BoDB Goku? There is absolutely NOTHING stating that she is much much weaker. In fact, I'd say she's stronger. Videl is not a normal human-being. Because Goku has body of steel. Oh yes she is. She is not super human because she learned bukujutsu...
