The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Goku's like, "if Ginyu gets Vegeta's body he'll beat Gohan and Krillin which he can't do in my body," so unless he's got some insight on how Ginyu's s*** works I tend to place Vegeta over Goku's 90,000.

He later on scoffed at the notion Goku could fight Frieza solo. I go with the whole the senzu equaled food and healing. The nap equaled his first true rest. So I have him going 30k -> 250k -> 500K

Chrome	Maybe at that point Vegeta didnt get all his power from the beating untill he rested later on. Or maybe Vegeta was surprised that from his power boost, Goku still manage to catch with him in power (I think Goku is alittle stronger than him at that point)

Lol we had this debate before. It is simple to defend. In the manga, Vegeta was gaining extremely fast, which is backed up by a quote. The "nap" he had only was one panel long, and there is no way he would gain 400 000+ in that short of time. It only makes sense if Vegeta was constantly rising.

With this power level he was no match for Gohan or Krillin. What I gather from this is that Ginyu figured that he would have a better chance at beating them if he had Vegeta's body. He knew Goku was not enough, so he could have known that Vegeta had a higher power level than Goku. This is one reason why I place him at 250 000. How would Ginyu know? Did he scan Vegeta with his scouter? Did he confirm it and give us a statement that he'd do better with Vegeta's body? I think that his Zenkai from Recoom is still in effect, and is continuing to raise his power level. It may seem like Vegeta is doing worse than Goku did against Jeice, but once he tells Jeice to look at his scouter, the match is over. Vegeta proceeds to manhandle him with one shot. So he may have been below 60 000 Goku during the fight, but since his power keeps on raising, he reaches 250 000 by the end of the fight.
