That's going too deep into things, why is it important to find out how many times stronger this person is? Why should it matter? But it's what ever, I guess I kind of understand why ya be using these made up power levels; I just stay the hell away from them. I keep my things simple, Gohan>Goku, that's it. I don't care how big the gap is and all that, the manga says it, so I roll with it, I don't need to over think those things and come up with calculations. |

Back in the day I used to find power levels important. Now I just try and use quotes and feats as proof. sometimes using rough numbers can help to prove your point, but they shouldn't be relied on. |

Stats rule the world. Everyone likes some facts & opinions Numbers make it look nicer & more accurate, not to mention they themselves look smarter (at least according to themselves)

Some people are satisfied with using just quotes or feats to prove a strength chain, while others feel the need to introduce numbers to prove their point more effectively. I don't mind either way. |

Just because someone has numbers doesn't mean they are right, or accurate, or as close to accurate as possible. I do like that each individual as their own way of proving a strength chain or something like that. ^ It's cool to have something like that to do, to calculate some stuff up for DBZ, but I myself doesn't think they are everything. And they are definitely not my specialty. |

It's purely a hobby. Think of how gun enthusiasts try to measure the firing speed and accuracy of their guns and debate about them. Or how geeks measure the specs of their computer. |

yes vegeta said that do not trust that scouter ... His reason was that the scouter displays only the current KI and the user might be fooled if he scout a suppressed foe vegeta did not said that the powerlevels are crap |
