Hello, I'm curious to know how some of your diets are. Whether it's a healthy or non healthy diet plan you're on. I would like for you to post a list of the healthy and non healthy drinks, foods, snacks, etc that you eat.

Also, how do you go about with your diet plan? i.e, How do you go about preparing your foods as part of your diet or is there a certain daily plan you go about? etc?

I'd really like to have a nice diet discussion. Let's discuss.

Work out a lot, eat a lot. It's a great way to live.

I'm not really on a diet or anything, but I do eat healthily I guess. For a start if I think I'm hungry but I'm not quite sure I just have a drink of water, more often that not it just turns out I'm thirsty, which stops me from eating more than I need. Combine that with regular exercise, and I'm actually pretty lean for my weight.

If you can ensure that that stuff is organic then that's even better.

Quinoa's a superfood that's kinda like rice or grains or something. It's pretty good for you.

Spirulina's another superfood that's green (dunno what it is really). Tastes good as a smoothie.

I was a vegetarian for almost four years but stopped that a few years ago 'cause I wanted more variety in my diet again. I did it just to prove that I could; I didn't give a s*** about animals or any of that.

All the times I've gone on a health binge, it just made me feel empty -- not physically as in being hungry -- but in a more psychological way. Now I just eat whatever I want in moderation.

When you were a vegetarian, did your body feel more better and refreshed? Did you feel better more/all of the time, or was there no difference?

Better most of the time, to be honest, especially since I was also doing a lot of exercise at least for the first two years or so. I did research on it as well to make sure I wasn't getting some sort of nutrient deficiency.

A pescetarian diet's supposedly better, though, so I might try that instead of going back to being a vegetarian.

I'm sort of on a diet that my friends are doing. I eat a lot of meat, basically a lot of protein and fat. I work out a lot. I save carbs for after I work out.

When I went on a diet it was mostly just switching my food to healthier foods. no soda, more veggies, more chicken, some fish, etc. and then I started working out for about 4 hours a week. It was weird that I lost so much in that time. But I think it mostly had to do with dropping sodas. The other stuff helped too. I dropped a lot of food and basically ate a lot of broccoli, carrots, chicken, whole grain pasta and stuff like that.

I try and eat a blend of the four food groups. Usually I have some carbs for breakfast, along with some fruits. I then have a decent amount of meat and dairy throughout the day to keep a balanced diet. I also exercise a lot, so I'm at a perfect caloric balance right now.

My diet is definitely not great. I don't have a lot of self-control when it comes to eating things I like e.g. fizzy drinks, sweets and chocolate, junk food etc. I do love fruit and will buy it for myself and eat it a lot if it's there. I've started to drink more water too. I would like to have a healthier diet and plan on implementing one some day sooner rather than later. Just need to find that motivation :P
