So we all know of Pretty much every Saiyan by the end of the Buu arc mastering Super Saiyan; being in the form and being so calm and relaxed that they used no ki to maintain the form, preventing exhaustion. Is it possible to master SSJ2 or even 3 with enough training? Could Goku after years of training and meditation in SSJ2 or 3 master it, so that it's his natural form like he did SSJ? |

An argument could be made Vegeta and Goku mastered the SSJ2 form, as they knew it was the most effective way to use the form, so it makes sense. That being said, since the SSJ2 form's aura never changed like the MSSJ aura did, so I dunno about that. I definitely think it's possible to master the forms, although mastering SSJ3 might take some time. |

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

Possibly mastered, yes, but never stated. The energy drain and constant effects of the forms likely make it too inpractical to master either one of them. When Goku was alive, he could barely hold the SSj3 form for a little while and then lost it while he was trying to focus on his chi as Vegeta got beaten into the ground by Chibi Boo. Short answer: yes, they can maybe be mastered. But the effort would be astronomical every step of the way. |

Would SSJ2 be difficult to master though? I didn't see Goku or Vegeta have any problems with the form. That being said, I never really saw any problems with the vanilla SSJ form either

Hardest thing IMO about ssj2 being mastered in daily life is the electric sparks. They can't just walk around like that around Chi Ci or Bulma |

@ Prof. Freeza Yeah but still, what instances did that ever happen? @ Kblo They don't always walk around with the aura up. Although that would be reaally funny

Goku didn't mastered 3 yet. But if I resaw directly , he seems to have mastered the form in M13 , or it looked that way. |

Can anyone provide a source for Vegeta and Goku mastering ssj2? They still had to power up to reach it. There is no hint of them mastering it IMO. |

I'm wondering if people know what I mean by mastered. The form gohan and goku attained in the room of space and time; ssj was their effortless base form. They stayed in it for days, even slept like that. When goku goes ssj2 in front of fat buu and Vegeta, he has to use a lot of effort and struggle to go ssj2, it is anything but effortless. He definitely has not attained the same level of effortlessness with ssj2 like he and gohan did with ssj. |

I always considered SSj2 to be a mastered form as it is and SSj3 is just pushing the form past limits(not that SSj3 = SSj2) Was there really notable strain on people in SSj2? i don't really remember it. Vegeta had the veins everywhere but he was being affected by magic so that could have been why. Given how long Goku vs Vegeta is and how long Gohan vs Cell is it's weird that they don't seem to get tired from it. I don't think it would be possible to go from base to SSj2 in a flash though, it is multiplying your strength exponentially in a short amount of time after all, the strain could have a similar effect to Kaioken if you do it too quick. As for SSj3 it probably is masterable too but you'd probably have to train for many many years in the other world and be Goku. |
