No, Tien and King Kai used Kaioken as well. Goku is not the only one. |

Goku learnt the KHH from a human. Krillin can do it as well. Vegeta is not human, but he has the potential to do the KHH if taught. Case in point. Everyone can Kaio-Ken. |

Goku is the only one who used this technique thoughout the series ... King kai knows it however .. Tien and the rest is nothing but speculation |

I believe that the Ten, Yamcha, Piccolo learned the basics of Kaio Ken, and incorporated it into their training at Kaio's. Piccolo, Ten in particular, Piccolo is able to increase drastically within the time between being wished back, Freeza's arrival, and at #20. Ten uses Shin Ki Ko Ho. |

I think it's clear that what Piccolo is referring to is what Goku did against the Ginyu Force, using a small amount of power to fool your opponent and then releasing more of your power in bursts. It has nothing to do with Kaio-Ken to me. |

if that was the case, then there would be no reason to mention it, since dr. gero already knows about suppression. everyone already knows that dr. gero watched up until the fight with vegeta, and suppression debuted back at the 23rd budokai. the term amplification is used 2 times in the series. once in the description of kaioken, and once when piccolo tells gero why absorbing energy is worthless. |
