For me on the last game it was every morning after I came back from jogging, so from 9 to 10 am my time. That's a good way of giving the players an indication of when they can expect rounds to end and also to confer a nice pace to the game. I'm assuming Kyouks is out this round. I think a few of the players have been inactive the whole game, which could be a problem
