 No one but #19, #20, and Yamcha knew that the AIs could absorb ki. #19 would have done so to Son Goku the first chance he got.

#19 had been trying for Son Goku's energy during the entire start of the battle.

Son Goku (#19) > Son Goku (...) > #20 > #19

Trunks: “Come at me at full power right from the start. I’m not soft like Son Goku…”

Freeza went to the measures of using his Death Ball. I'd say he was pretty damn close to full power.
Only in anime he used something like death ball.

He shoot at trunks because he gets in panic, but clerly he wasnt giving his all in that blast...

 Okay, Death Ball was in anime, but I doubt he would not go allout against a Super Saiyan. If he didn't, he's clearly stupid.

Problem here is that he paniced and he shoots ki blast on Trunks, that he cleary evade.

Nothing says that he can power up instantly to full power like z fighters.

I am not sure but i think that he even mentioned how he would destroy planet with thaf blast if he was serious...

Yea he probably didnt said that.

What trunks says doesnt matter.

The moment he transformed, Frieza shoot at him.

No sign of powering up to full power at all...

 Freeza was already at his final form, and he wouldn't need to "power up" to be at Full Power. The blast could have raised his powerlevel. Nobody knows.

Actualy it doesnt go that way.

Techniques and power are separated, and frieza obviously didnt used his full power in that blast.

 It doesn't matter really if Frieza uses his FP or not , it is implied that Frieza became slightly stronger than himself , as being confident to take SSJ Goku Namek on with his father , thats it , nothing stated him being superior compared to his old self.

As Crashbreaka puts the nail in the coffin ; the rumors being not bad proves our point better as Frieza being irrelevant at this current state while the Droids are respectivily a challenge , so "Zenet" "Znet" "Seige" or "Cenet?"'s argument will be mute.

 Freeza went from < 5% to 50% in an instant against Son Goku.

100% Freeza is only a technique used to maintain Max Power beyond the time frame of a blast or signature move; otherwise, Freeza could have just used a Max Power Death Beam/Ball and would have reached Max Power, but still would not have been able to match Son Goku on Namek.

Mecha Freeza doesn't need to contort his body to maintain his power as he is a cyborg; he even goes to state that his enhancement has caused his power to increase.

All that said, it's not improbable that Freeza used Max Power when charging Future Trunks, and its not that surprising when considering that Freeza drop his jaw at the sight of a Super Saiyan; scared people don't half-ass.

 I read on Wikipedia about frieza and it said he never used full power when he fought super saiyan trunks.
