 If we're talking about Namek now, that is different. Freeza could have finished off easily if he wanted to, but he didn't. He wouldn't make the same mistake.

Freeza didn't even bulk up let alone show any signs of powering up to 100%.

 Thats not the point . All im saying is that Freeza didnt go FP due to 2 of the reasons i said earlier and just before he was sliced , he realized his mistake and should have understood that Trunks wasnt a bluff . But it was too late to act .

He doesnt need to bulk up to get to FP . Just becoz it happened once , doesnt mean it will happen in another type of his body too

Freeza whole body goes bulky including the attachments or just his organic part.

Either way Freeza 100% form consisted him to turn bulky one way or another.

I believe that if Freeza tried to bulk up his body, the machine-parts would get unattached, and it would hurt a lot.

 Mecha Frieza never used full power.

He knows that he is stronger now because he probably powered up before or he just assumes because he feals stronger at suppression.

He was suppressed when he arrived on Earth and he instantly used his energy blast on ssj trunks without powering up or taking some time,and that happend right when trunks transformed.

We know that he neads time to achive full power unlike 50 where he takes less time...

 You know... This discussion is essentially pointless, because the truth is that AT didn't think of this at all. For him, it was just a reason to introduce Trunks, and have it over quickly, so the next arc could start. Full Power or not, Mecha Freeza is stronger than his Namek self and that is a fact.

It doesn't matter really if Frieza uses his FP or not , it is implied that Frieza became slightly stronger than himself , as being confident to take SSJ Goku Namek on with his father , thats it , nothing stated him being superior compared to his old self.

As Crashbreaka puts the nail in the coffin ; the rumors being not bad proves our point better as Frieza being irrelevant at this current state while the Droids are respectivily a challenge.
Chapter 343 (DBZ 149), P7.4
Vegeta: “I’ve realized by watching your faint movements up to now…That you guys don’t seem as terrible as the rumors made out.”

Vegeta wasn't comparing the androids to Freeza he was comparing them to trunks story.

Future Trunks says to the Z Fighters and Yadrat Goku he was cable of fighting the future androids separately, but when they teamed up, he didn't stand a chance.

Android 19 fighting Vegeta was below that kind of power who already absorbed allot of energy before hand. So really were would you put 19 before he absorbed anything? I would certainly put him below Trunks and possibly Mecha Freeza and SSJ Goku. Which is the topic here.

 No. 19 being below Freeza wouldn't have even made sense, there's no way Gero would've miscalculated that badly when we know Sick Goku>Yardrat Goku>~SSJ Trunks>Mecha Feeza.
