Base Goku is stronger than Base Rildo, so I'd say if you mean Baby Trunks, then Trunks will win. If Trunks isn't infected, he loses.

Wouldn't Pital Trunks (SSJ) have to be stronger than Rildo? He was able to hold off Baby's possession while Rildo fell prey to it. He has to be a least somewhat stronger.
