Frieza will beat him in my opinion he wasn't afraid of that Ssj Goku he stated that he is confident he can take him in power levels I have this: FP Ssj Goku:150.000.000 Mecha Frieza:160.000.000 Pretty close but Frieza takes this in my opinion

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	To me, it was a similar point of the original Organic Freeza vs Goku, with very little change and a darn close fight. The difference here is that while the original fight was shown to be slightly in Goku's favor overall, this time it would be slightly in Freeza's favor instead and thus giving him the win.

Its obvious he doesn't need to ,remember he fought Goku he is smart south to understand Gokus limitations he knows he's power and also he's previous owns thus leading him to believe he can win,Frieza judge Goku with he's fight against himshelf we know Goku was going all out so Frieza knows that

So i think he will win , given that he himself says that he can win
