I see Pikkon having more skill on account of all his training in Otherworld, where he probably trained with many different types of martial artists. However I can see Krillin taking down Pikkon with a Kienzan, if Pikkon begins to rely on his Thunder Flash attack. I see Pikkon taking this 7 times out of 10.

Pikkon can amp up his power. As well as a deadly attack such as his Thunder Flash. I think Pikkon can overwhelm him with both. Although, I can see Krillin finding a weakness like Goku did.

I don't know much of Krillin's fighting style of Buu Arc. I think Pikkon would win due his strong amp attacks.

If it was Krillin in his prime from Frieza Arc or Cell Arc , he could defeat Pikkon far easier , since his tactics and strategy were impressive.

Yep agree with Kloonboos here Krillin wasn't at he's prime on the buu saga but in the Frieza arc in buu saga I have him losing but in the Frieza arc he wins barely the fight I believe then he could overcome Pikkons amp attacks ^_^

Solar flare/Kienzan > Pikkon
Unfortunately Krillin [or AT] isnt Smart enough to use it ONCE in the entire series . So , it should be invalid

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I think that Krillin with a power equal to Pikkon would be a different Krillin to the one we see. He'd be much more confident in his ability if he knew that he was equal in power to his opponent (which obviously he would be able to sense in this fight). Because he never really got the opportunity to show it, people forget that Krillin is a warrior, and like KloonBoss said, in the Frieza Arc he was much more battle-hardened because he was in the thick of the action.

Also, Solar Flare and Kienzan are a big advantage here. You can't disregard them just because he rarely used them, he still has them in his arsenal of attacks. So I have to say although Pikkon has more of a fighter's mentality, akin to Goku, Krillin would be my choice because of the possibility of landing a Kienzan.

I dont accept two things you said , Mitas . One is that Krillin's Prime was still there in the Buu Saga and i believe that he was more skilled [and obviously more powerful] than his Namek Counterpart. He was always Battle ready .
The 2nd thing is that Solar Flare is not an Attacking Move , its defensive . And Kienzen is a Failure and is kinda proven

Kamehameha can also be defensive move.

Its not failure. Its just ridiculous to think that Krillin kills Nappa or Frieza with slicing them and because of that it never realy worked.

Its not obvious Krillin was not that train and not mastering he's teckniques he means Keillin will be something like Kid and Teen Gihan ^_^ ,Solar flare can be an attacking move remember that Tien used it on db as an offensive attack,Kienzan if it hits you then you are screwed
