Personally I believe it to be smaller than the amp of a KHH because Vegeta could only amplify it to 24 000 iirc. That's only 1.33x amp which is pretty weak. I'm basing this off of the fact that I don't think that Goku's Kaioken and KHH stacked on top of each other.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	The only thing made Semi-Cell so foolish looking was a combination of being far weaker than ASSJ Vegeta and quite honestly a combination of CIS. Considering even though Cell was weaker than Piccolo, still used his cunning and smarts to get the battle under his way for a while. At equal levels, Cell's not going to be near as flustered and angry as he was against Vegeta and the fight was clearly against him. As for amps for KHH and Galic Gun. We established that Goku's not getting any amp on the KHH when using Kaio-ken as discussed with his fight with Freeza. The original amp for the KHH was 2.3x, if Vegeta got anywhere near that gap, no amount of KKX4 would've stopped Vegeta. Therefore it is point to be made that the Galic Gun has less amp than the KHH.

He was only a head case because Vegeta was stronger than him and Trunks was trying to interfere the whole time. Do ya'll think Cell would lose control like that against Goku, who is basically his secondary mission? I agree with Brofist about the beam struggle. I see where he's coming from about Vegeta's Gyarikku Cannon. The whole Kaio-Ken KHH shebang as well. I think I'm going to give this to Goku as well though. Just how much more skillful did he get in the HTC? Post HTC he was hangin' with Cell with a inferior power reading. This would be one hell of a fight -- and with Piccolo and Tenshinhan dying, Goku has to make something happen and something quick if he wants those two to survive.

Cell would be angry if an opponent would be equal to he's power as well for what I've seen he is like that against 16(although they area different in forms they are the same almost in characteristics

I see where you're coming from, but I'd like you to keep that in mind as well. So if Cell is a head case against Goku, how does his temper lose him this fight?

Well its good to have stamina and attacks, but here against Cell would be best to have more stamina. Goku blows up Cells upper body and he lost more power than Cell for regeneration. It would probably be the same in this fight.
