If its pre rosat then Gotenks wins after a good fight he was stated to be above ssj3 Goku but Goku has more experience teckniques and skills although Gotenks is smarter,however the power difference is still big enough for Gotenks to win,if its post rosat he godstomps Goku the power difference is massive since Post Rosat Base Gotenks>ssjGotenks pre>ssj3 Goku if Gotenks turned Ssj post rosat he must be over 70x times stronger than Goku or so

Lets say the magazine is fake what about the info those fans bring out. it seems what was said sounds like they predicted Mysitc Gohan in this sentence right below "But Gotenkusu will not be the only person to go higher than son Goku." which is hard to make up if its made up info.
