Not only does Gotenks have a decent power advantage, but Goku has to deal with the stress of SSJ 3. There is just no way for him to win.

SSJ 3 Goku: 200 SSJ Gotenks: 300 Base Gotenks: 30-50 Depending on multiplier

Chrome	Yea i think the same thing but eventhough SSJ3 Goku is weaker in strength, he has alot more fighting experience then Gotenks will ever have. I think it takes more than brute strength to win a battle. For example Gohan Vs Dabura. Ofcourse we all know Gohan is stronger, it was his lack of training that screwed him up. Feel free to add on

Feel free to add on The gap is simply too big for skill to matter, skill won't mean anything if Goku isn't fast enough to react. Also his SSJ3 will drain him like crazy, leaving him wide open if actually lasts longer than a few minutes. Also keep in mind Gohan was only moderately ahead of Dabura in their fight, 15% stronger, tops. Gotenks bum rushes Goku, or Goku gets exhausted and then gets bum rushed.

Still the only numerical way I can have Base Gotenks >> SSJ 2s is if SSJ Gotenks is much stronger than SSJ 3 Goku.

Goku pretty much outright states that Gotenks is stronger than him anyways so either way Gotenks wins.

Please excuse that, now on topic SSJ Gotenks will win because he's not really pointed out to be weaker than SSJ3 Goku holding back at Majin Buu, but is actually, though not directly stated, to be above SSJ3 Goku and is suggested to be able to destroy Majin Buu with no doubt in his power.
