 Fixed the title for you.

Weighted Piccolo was already stronger than initial Cell. Adding Gohan in and giving Cell the heart virus only makes this easier for him.

 In that case Cell wins rather easily. The heart virus won't affect him fast enough considering he can one shot both opponents.

I can see Gohan and Piccolo taking this. Cell can't really focus on both of them at the same time, he'll be pounding on one with gradually and gradually weaker attacks. Piccolo would be smart enough to sense Cell's dropping ki and tell Gohan to hang back or would hang back himself and wait for the proper time to strike. Gohan & Piccolo take this IMO

 I believe Gohan and Piccolo would have take this if they weren't that much weaker because Piccolo would have understand that they can let the virus do all the job but Cell is strong enough to oneshot them he is very smart and realize something is happening and he will immediately oneshot them both

 Piccolo and Gohan,they could just avoid Cell attacks until he powers down,giving them a chance of winning.
