Between these two women who married into the Son Family, who wins?

She's one of the great martial artist that left the Strongest Under the Heavens for good; giving Hercule and Videl the chances they got in the later years. Different fighting leagues. Videl is a fighter but she's also half celebrity. Same with Hercule, except he's almost 100% celeb only.

The only training we see her do in Z is when she's training Goten. I still put her above Videl though, both in power and martial arts skill. Something else to consider is that there's no guarantee that Videl trained after Pan was born, or even after the Boo fight at all.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.

Even if she did, it's not like Pan's ki is Videl's ki anyway. In other words, it wouldn't help her in a fight with Chi Chi.

She can only fly , and thats not even going to give her a advantage , since Chi Chi's jumpstyle is enormous.
