Goku takes this I believe he's Base was stronger than his ssj3 shelf for me if he trasnformed into to a ssj3 then he would be somewhere equal to that realm of power I believe

Fat Buu > Thin Buu > [EoZ] Base Goku ~ 50% Fat Buu > Good Buu So, at this point in time... I believe Super Buu is still out of reach for Goku.

I have Base Gotenks (Post) being 3x stronger than SSJ3 Goku and SSJ3 Gotenks only had around a 1.1x advantage over Super Buu. SSJ3 Goku loses this one.

Every time in the series that we see Goku get massive increases, it's under unnatural circumstances. Even if he got 10x stronger in base during the ten year gap, I think that's quite lucky.

It comes down to plot in the end, though. He trained in Other World for seven whole years and barely made it past his son's power from the Cell Games. That's pathetic compared to the increases he made on Kaio's, with the gravity chamber, in the RoSaT, and even training for the cyborgs with Gohan and Piccolo. It's probably only better than his increase between DB and Z, in which case he had Gohan to worry about for at least one year of that.
