He gives off a feel that you want to keep watching the show.

He is even the best artist in the One Piece animation staff!

His art and sequences are the best. But, I will admit, I like Akira Toriyama's drawings better. There used to be a collage of pictures with names on them showing each illustrators work. Mind finding that?

I remember the Ocean dub cut it out entirely simply to save time so more commercials could air.

I'm fairly certain there's an "animation guide" on Kanzenshuu which compares artists. As for Akira Toriyama, He's always been brilliant with non-character art (machines and such), but his Character art has always been a tad mediocre for my taste. I absolutely loved Sandland, which was a one shot he did.
