I don't know how his stamina works now, but I'm sure it may be better than Goku's, even if Goku's SSJ3 is trouble or not. Plus, Goku's skills may not be able to do anything since a skillful Vegeta at equal levels couldn't stop him how he probably wanted to. Spoiler: click to toggle Episode 44 Time: around 9m50s Subject: Hell Fighter No.17 Vegeta: "You're evenly matched against me? You bastard, you've powered up beyond belief!" Note: In the dub, Vegeta says No.17's power is so pathetic that he couldn't fight off a cold on his best day. Mu says No.17 is only running at half strength.

Hell fighter 17 is equal to Base Vegeta,so how can't ssj3 Goku wins this ?according to the official multipliers Goku would oneshot Hell 17 quickly enough,however this is GT and the multipliers got smaller I believe this Goku won't beat hell 17 in time and he would refer back to his base and lose

Why? Base Vegeta = HF17[stated] >> SSJ3 kid Goku/SSJ3 Adult Goku(Baby Saga) The reasoning for that is all the power Super Baby 2 had went to Original Vegeta's base. Then he has his two extra transformations as well. Whatever Base Baby Vegeta(Baby saga) & Base Vegeta(S17 saga) can do, HF17 should be able to do as well.

Conversely no Saiyan was stated to lose it, nor would them losing it matter. Goku would still be top dog and Pan still superior to the boys regardless.
