The only reason Dwight Howard was a good offensive player on the magic was because every other position was a 3 point shooting threat. He essentially had the entire paint to himself. Now that he's on the Lakers his offensive incompetence is exposed. |

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

The reason that every other player on his team was a three point shooter was because he was such a dominant player in the post that he had to be double-teamed which left players open. |

Haha I love the way we said contrary things using the negation of the same example. I still disagree though. Last I remember his best efficiency was of pick and rolls on the magic. He's never been known for the post game. |

I agree that his post game itself has been poor in terms of technique. But his pure power meant that he often drew double teams. Trust me, the Magic were built around Howard's threat inside making space for shooters. I'm not saying he would shot fake and spin and feint and all that, but he would just back his defender down into the paint and then be in a position where his physique, speed and height allowed him an easy basket. |

I like Lebron better cause he hasn't r-aped anyone or cheated on his wife as far as we know. Lebron is superior in terms of being an all around player that gets his teammates involved. Kobe is more of an assassin and pure scorer. He is a better jump shooter and clutch take the last shot guy, but Lebron is a better all around player and that is who I would rather have. A guy that gets his teammates involved and doesn't hog the ball. Lebron is also a better defender in my opinion. Now if I needed a much needed win and wanted all heart and it was tied at the end of the 3rd quarter. Then I would pick Kobe in his prime everytime. Until Lebron shows me he can consistently score and take over the game in crunch and clutch time I would rather have Kobe in the fourth but Lebron every other time. |

People are still giving Lebron a bad "clutch" rap for the 2011 finals and giving Kobe the good clutch rap while it's quite the opposite.

I wouldn't have but he's kind of being unclutch in these finals. He's regressing a little when this is his time to shine. |

1. Kobe was tried by a jury and found not guilty so if you weren't in the room with him he did not r-ape anyone. 2. Chances are very high that Lebron has cheated on his wife as he is a male rich famous celebrity and is only human. We however shouldn't judge wither player for what they done in real life. 3. I don't know why every says Kobe is a ball hog and Lebron isn't because who ever does must not watch a Lebron James game because james is much more of a hog then Kobe. |

Dont think he was ever convicted of rape and cheating on his wife is something that plently of people do. some people cant control their sexual urges. should not judge them as a player because of this. a role model, yes, a player, no.
i wouldnt look at this chart for whos more clutch. a lot of these games could be when they are up 15+ points or if they are playing defence, find one that shows winning shots or points when within 6 points under a minute left |

@crono Those situations are already controlled because: A. Coaches remove their stars in blowouts B. When dribbling up the court and the team has given up and the stars are in they 95% of the time won't shoot as a sign of respect. Any other situation would be a unique outlier which rarely happens and won't affect the statistics significantly. |

Kobe is my favorite player of all time, so yeah sorry LeBron haha. He's my favorite, because I've watched him for so long and I just love his game. Not a Lakers fan though ahahaha. Gotta stay loyal to my warriors! |
