No

if you're looking to be more stronger you should just do strength training as opposed to bodybuilding.

bodybuilding refers to sculpting your physique for show. strength training is more effective at improving your overall health and fitness.

I just want to have my stamina back because I lost a lot of just not training for 3 months and aside from running I heard that Bodybuilding also help to get more Stamina

I think swimming would be the best for a full body workout, as well as building stamina in nearly all your muscles. Swimming for long amounts of time and building up to long distances.

If not then gym would be a good option too. But be sure to keep to lower weights and doing more reps to avoid getting too bulky.

I am guilty sorry everyone. RIP Emile Griffith. Jeremy Kyle is a prick. go make sumin of urself

Do everything (or just whatever you're trying to get stamina for) more than you thought you could do it for. When you're forced to stop because you've reached your physical limit (not your mental limit that you set for yourself) rest a few minutes then go back to it again. Eventually you won't need the gap anymore.

It’s like, you’ve got the whole world and Earth and all its holy creations, right? And God is like, Hmm, lookit, my whole world in all its holy ways, and he’s like, Oh-my-me-oh-sh**, I left weed in here. Yeah right, I left weed in here. Oh, shouldn’t have smoked that joint on the third day.”

Will take time, simple thing like walking more often helps, then building to light jogs, pick a route that u normally can walk in 30 mins, so say 2 miles, now jog that. Increase the length, and speed (time of run- keep a record), build on it and improve. Every other day if you can, and make sure you rest easy in-between.
Do press-ups and sit-ups, keep a count of what you can do, and go for that extra one the next time you do it.
Will take your body time to adjust, but after first month, you will see improvements if you keep at it, and maintain.
Eat good and drink plenty water, with a small pinch of salt (make sure its sea-salt tho, not table salt) to restore lost minerals you lose sweating. Get healtyh amounts of sleep, as it helps your body recover and heal faster.

Theres a ton of things you can do, but id stick to something basic to start, and build and improve on it.
Learn to crawl, walk, run, sprint, ride a bike.
all takes time an patience.
