Run and do cardio stuff. Like all the exercise bikes you see in gyms. Just doing those would give you a lot of shape and stamina.

If you don't like running with no purpose then try playing a sport where you are constantly moving. Soccer is good for that. If you find you don't get bored of normal running/biking then that is the best option.

I was training MMA for a year and a half from now and I give up training 2 months ago , but today I returned to training and I found out that I wasn't able to keep up with the others .

Mix low intensity and high intensity activity. Slow jog and brisk runs to full on sprinting. Really, any activity that makes your breathe hard should do.

He could probably mix it all up if he doesn't want to get burned out on anything. Run, swim, jog, etc a couple days of the week then play some soccer, do some light lifts, or take walks or something like that on the other couple days of the week. And then rest.

He'd probably get his workouts while having some fun then. (soccer) or anything else like that.

You need to set speed and distance goals on a weekly basis that are realistic. That is the only way that your stamina will truly improve. Weights and such and finding any way to keep yourself working for extended periods of time will greatly improve your stamina.

Body building might increase your stamina but I wouldn't suggest it so much for a stamina training,although to answer your question it does increases some of your stamina I believe :lol:

To an extent, yes. Obviously, a lot of bulk will slow you down though.
