ASSJ: base x70 (speed drops a little)
USSJ: base x90 (speed drops more)
SSJ2: base x100
SSJ3: base x400

I don't know it speed drops that much for Grade 3. Trunks was able to keep up with Cell's speed for a little, something Vegeta couldn't do.

"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the war room!"

Or, speed increases from previous form, but drops from full potential speed.

In other words, they're faster because they're stronger, but the form itself causes them to not fully reach their maximum potential speed.

As for the advanced grades (SSjT2 and SSjT3), I only have a 25% increase from SSj for each form achieved.
For argument's sake, I'm going to say that SSj is a multiplier, and it's power increases are, even though I don't actually believe this is true. So...

SSjT2 ("ASSj")=1.25x SSj
SSjT3 ("USSj")= 1.5x SSj
FPSSj = 2x SSj

However, since SSj and FPSSj are essentially the same form, just slightly modified, I actually think it's more accurate to say that SSj2= 2x FPSSj. Which would actually make SSj2 4x original SSj, along with SSj3 being 4x SSj2.

I have:

SSJ: base x50
ASSJ: base x70 (speed drops a little)
USSJ: base x90 (speed drops more)
SSJ2: base x100
SSJ3: base x400
Then you can also go like this
USSJ (speed drops a tiny bit)
USSJ2 (speed drops a bit)
USSJ3 (speed drops a bit more)
USSJ4 (speed drops more)
. . .

It's really inconvenient to think about it like that, and it just doesn't seem efficient. In my opinion.
