How does people create gifs, anyway? What sites and how long does it take? Is it hard?

I'm mainly talking about different scenes throughout DBZ.

Those three are sites, huh?

Like, could you explain step by step on what I'd be doing? So I'll be prepared when I do go in there and try. I truly don't know too much about this

Yeah, either use a program that can do that or a website.

If I need to, I usually use gifninja (a website)

step by step would be you going on that site, choosing and uploading the pics you want, they then get put together into a .gif

You can also choose the speed of the .gif

Never used a program for it.

And with websites, there's always a limit - for example something like "not more than 20 pics" or a specific file size.

What do you mean by choosing my pictures? How would a still picture turn into a gif?

How do I get a specific scene from DBZ?

I just take a video off of youtube, open it up in photoshop and then crop it to under 500 frames. Save as gif and you're done.

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

I think I've used Flash or Photoshop, using my own drawings of course. I've never made a gif from anything on the internet, like a video clip or something. Just cheesy animations in my high school Multimedia class lol
WoW Legion Ending - Thank you Darker for making this into one, big incredible gif! <3

Photoshop is probably the best way to do it as it's fairly simple but still gives you the ability to customize / add features as you wish. There are plenty of tutorials out there - you basically just want to learn how to use the animation pane afaik.
