I may have thought of a reason of why there is no KHH amp on top of Kaioken. When Goku was already boosted by Kaioken x20, he called the KHH the 20 times KHH. This wouldn't be a valid name if there was any amp on the attack. Thoughts? |

I think I agree with you on that one,I believe its an inaccurate name as well as you do,I mean really it doesn't make a lot of sense with amp on the attack

Well, if it has amp then it should be called the 23x Kamehameha. |

O think it would be better to call it just kamehameha I mean 23x times kamehameha sounds strange, don't you think? |

Well yeah, but so does 20x if it truly isn't. That's why I'm suggesting there may not be amp when there is Kaioken being used. |

I believe the power of kamehameha should be measured by the time Gokuntakes to say the word ,anyway it might be 20x or 23x times however in conclusion I believe that Goku must call it just kamehameha

Doesn't seem to be any amp when using a ki attack with the Kaioken, as you're already amplifying and manipulating your ki. If it had an amp, the amp for the Gyarikku Hou is massive. It wasn't suggested to be, so we'd have to conclude that the KKx4 Kamehameha is = KKx4 Goku. Think of it as releasing all the ki that's being amplified by the Kaioken |

I think there was amp on the technique. Why not just a standard ki blast then if it's the same thing? |

Because a Kamehameha is like a standard ki blast for Goku. It is instinct for him to use it. But Drew brings a solid point. If you give the KHH with Kaioken amp, then the Galic Gun would have a massive amp as well. Why would Vegeta use the Final Crash against Recoome if the Galic Gun has such a massive amp? With an amp of that size he would destroy Recoome. Edited by SSJ, Jun 1 2013, 09:05 PM.

I think, what Goku tried to do is releasing the energy without putting stress into his body. Or else, he would have large drains and would get fatigued in just giving all out. |

KHH cost a lot of energy to use. If it's the same as a standard ki blast well then it would make it pointless. And your answer was that he feels more comfortable using it? C'mon son. |

Well Goku preferred the KHH for obvious reasons (amp), but it is just known as his attack. That is what he always goes with, and I don't recall him using normal ki blasts often. So even if it didn't give him amp I can see him still using the KHH. Not only this, but to create a standard ki blast with the radius of a Kamehameha would require just as much charging and potentially energy.

Goku only used a standard blast with kaioken in space filler. He isn't vegeta, so he doesnt just use regular ki blasts like talking about it outside the barrage at Cells barrier |

Maybe u cant amplify ur KHH if u are using kaioken .... Kaioken is basically a power and ki amplification itself |

You can amplify your attacks in Kaioken, didn't you see Goku do a Kamehameha x4 in kaioken form to Vegeta. If you are in Kaioken x1000 then all of your attacks are already x1000, so if Satan's punch is 20 pl, Kaioken x1000 would be 20000 pl of a simple punch. You can't charge your ki in Kaio-ken, so there is no point in going Kaio-ken > then charging > Then shooting the Kamehameha. That's right, father! |
