I just wanted to get you guys' input on this. At the beginning if the movie, Bardock was at 10 000, am I correct? I remember hearing this was the level he was at in the previous film he was featured in. After he landed on Planet Plant, he began to train on his own. We don't really know how long he trained for, it could have been days weeks months or more. For the sake of these powerlevels, I will say that Bardock gained about 2000 from this training. Bardock: 12 000 SSJ Bardock: 600 000 Now onto Chilled. At the beginning of the fight, Chilled failed to tank a punch from Bardock. In fact he was pushed back about 20 meters, and was seemingly angry about this. You can't really say that this was a surprise attack either. Since Chilled never powered up, it seems like this was his full power. From this, I gather that Chilled cannot be any higher than 100 000, but this even runs into problems. Chilled: 100 000 I'd like to have Chilled lower than this, but it doesn't make sense considering the beam struggle at the end. If Bardock was so much stronger than Chilled, their beams wouldn't have bean evenly matched for about 5 seconds. Bardock had to pump extra power into it to overtake him. It seems like Bardock wasn't amping this attack at all until he out more force into it. Chilled beam: 250 000? Bardock beam: 600 000 and rising What do you think? He was really banged up, near death likely, and was healed. So he likely got a Zenkai of that. Plus the training he did. I'd say 20'000 at max of just those two things: However it seems both Goku and Vegeta as they were getting closer and closer to SSJ during the Freeza Sagas. They started to become massively more powerful for not much of a reason, and it can't solely be explaned just through Zenkais. Goku does say something after being healed that he's getting stronger continually before going to fight Freeza. So it's likely as a Saiyan gets closer to SSJ. Their Base continually gets more powerful maybe up to a 5x-10x boost gradually overtime. So lets say 10x boost by the time he fights Chilled + Initial Zenkai after healing and training: Base Bardock: 200'000 "Which is what he's at when he punched Chilled." SSJ Bardock: 2'000'000 So around the level of 3rd Form Frieza. Anyway this is all just me guessing. Edited by Raiken, May 30 2013, 11:57 PM.

Hmm I didn't even consider a Zenkai, good point. I just don't like having to make Chilled that strong since I can't find any reason not to use a 50x multiplier. |

Yeah I'm a x10 SSJ fanboy I guess. I can never be bothered with all Databooks, there's always a lot of inconsistencies and contradictions in them; one compared to the other, others compared to some, them as a whole compared to the Manga. So I just use solely the Manga, and statements by Toriyama. And add my own estimations and guesswork on top of that. Edited by Raiken, May 30 2013, 11:55 PM.

I use 10x after the androids appear, but since this movie was in the past I see 50x working with no problem. |

lol don't ever use a pc Doubt there was a zenkai, Bardock's only ever noted to have scratches and bruises despite what'd happened to him prior. |

If the beam struggle is causing you grief; go by the manga version... where it does not exist. |

The "struggle" is near non-existent. It is comparable to SSJ2 Kid Gohan vs FP Perfect Cell's beam "struggle". |
