We know that he's pretty much equal to 17 without weights, but can he beat 18 with weights?

Chapter: 362 (DBZ 168), P8.4-6
No.17: “So why don’t you tell us who’s fighting who, while you’re at it?”
No.16: “I don’t know. Neither is in my data. But one of the powers is large enough to rival you two.”
No.17: “What?! Looks like Doctor Gero screwed up again. Your radar is broken. There’s no power in the world that rivals mine.”

16 says weighted Piccolo rivals 17 and 18, so it can go either way. I take it to mean he is weaker, but not by much.

It may pretty much be the same fight as weightless Piccolo vs. #17.

#18 could possibly win the way her brother may've when he was against Piccolo. Her stamina is the "key" here.

Piccolo wins if he can hit her with a Light Grenade and she not block it. Also, he could catch her with a scatter shot, especially if she doesn't have a Force Field to save her like #17 activated his to save him.

This heavily depends on whether 18 is actually weaker than 17. Sure 17 keeps saying he's the strongest, but he apparently thinks he's stronger than 16 until 16 bull charges Cell to a standstill. Again, keep in mind, that Android 17 is a cocky, arrogant, punk teenager and isn't exactly an objective source of information.

That being said, if the "popular" opinion of there being a 20% gap between 17 and 18 is true, then a Weighted Super Namek Piccolo is still about dead even with this 18, presuming that his weighted armor still has the 20% power increase. It'd be a hell of a fight, but the real question is whether 18 can keep Piccolo on the ropes long enough to wear him out.

Huh interesting. Still apparently strong enough to be disobedient though.

Good.

As for your point about #16, the twins didn't even know who he was. He wasn't in their data banks and he didn't have the personality to boast about his strength or correct #17 whenever he went off on a tangent about being unrivaled. It was only when the situation got serious and he had to step in that he revealed his true power, and it's clear that the twins had no idea that he wielded power above them, let alone so far above them.

This

But even if Weighted Piccolo rivals piccolo , the stamina comes into effect

And i kinda see Unweighted Piccolo > #17

It was #17's Stamina that was posing a problem for Piccolo

and as for the OP , #18 wins becoz of a probable [slight] power advantage and stamina issues

For the quote SS2 brought up, it seems to suggest that #17 wouldn't consider #18 to rival him, suggesting Weighted Piccolo>#18. If so, I think Piccolo's superior skill, ki amping and power should take this. It's not as if #18 was presented as being as speed-heavy as her brother either.

I don't see a huge difference between 17 and 18 I have them almost equal in power but I think Piccolo would have barely won against 17 if the fight go on,so with weights against 18?well I still give it to 18 I believe Piccolos weights are holding a significant amount of his power so yeah 18

Can you clarify what you mean by "weighted"? I am not quite familiar with DBZ "lingo" as some of you may be.
