 Hard to say but I think Gohan was enraged so that outs him at a power level of 3.000 and Vegeta has manag to beat him quite easily in the end Nappa initial must be at 4.000 which is a little above Vegeta in that time so Nappa takes this I think because of his edge on power and Vegeta is tired as well my opinion though :p

If yes , then Vegeta fell to the level of Hundreds ...

even so , i see him at least 600 .. so , a 10x boost will get him to 6k

i think Nappa loses

 Nappa's initial power probably wasn't much more than Piccolo's at the time, so I'd put him around 3,000. I think Vegeta still had a bit more in the tank than that when he fought Gohan, so he'd take this and probably without too much trouble.

If that's so, how did Gohan manage to land some pretty good hits on him? He bashed his eye in pretty badly, and I wouldn't put Gohan anywhere north of 3,500; he may not have even been above 2,800.

Its becoz he was never fighting at Full power . He was about to finish Gohan when the SB struck him and only that time , i believe he considered going FP

Vegeta had been stabbed and blinded before then. Yajirobe cut clean thru the armor. He Goku also blinded him in one eye and he didnt know how to sense ki then, so he had to follow Gohan with just one eye. There's also the fact a Saiyan loses part of their natural equilibrium balance when their tail is cut as we see with young Goku and Gohan.

Vegeta had plenty of reasons he struggled mildly, but against Nappa he has an upper hand. He knows how Nappa fights. At the time Gohan hadn't really fought to be watched. He knows Nappa can't sense ki and easily enraged thus making himself sloppy. He would have the edge in power and mentally because Nappas the known entity for him.

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

 Vegeta wins this. He was only somewhat compromised in terms of power this point. I say he would crush Nappa, and easily too. He lost a bit of chi when he made that moon and lost his tail, as well as being a little beat up (and the Kamehameha) but he still hadn't taken the huge blow that was the genki dama. Nappa would need to be more than initial to even stand a chance.
