Well, it is said that SSJ4 brings the user's power beyond his potential, right?
Maybe I'm just getting confused with Goku's SSJ4 form at Syn Shenron. Could be. My opinion doesnt change though.
You're thinking of that. SS4 is only state to draw a Saiyan's power to their absolute limit (ie. their potential limit). Elder Kaioshin's ritual draws it beyond that.

Unless u believe Uber 4 > Fantastic , Uber 4 Gohan wont even come close to Super Buu

Gohan ssj4 should be equal or a little bit weaker than Super Buu in the matters the fantastic brings the user bypeyond the limits so I think it can cover the 1.4 advantage and be equal with Siper Buu,but even so ssj3 is 4x times ssj2 and ssj3 Gotenks>Super Buu barely so Gohan still takes this easily

He doesnt state that its big . But he forced the Keyword ; "Above" . If he doesnt take a person decently above his limits , he wont be that confident

Its Definitely > Uber 4 by a good deal

 Just because he says above doesn't mean it has to be 2x above. You can find a way to make Gohan 2x stronger than Super Buu as well.

 U are ignoring the fact that he EMPHASIZED on the word "Above" . Said it TWICE . Just becoz he didnt say "much above" , doesnt mean that he didnt mean it

 Even the 1.33x gap between Saiyan Arc Vegeta and his Namek Arc self was enough of a gap to warrant him declaring to have powered up "far more than before", twice.

A 2x gap on something that isn't even mentioned to be something "far" above a person's natural limit is completely unecessary.
