Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Super Garlic Jr was having trouble fighting Goku and Piccolo, who had a powerlevel less than 430, but higher than 410. (can't remember their powerlevel exactly). He was forced to use the death zone to defeat them. Chiaotzu however trained in one year his best to defeat the incoming saiyans. While the other earthlings were about 1-2k. Chiatzou was able to fight Krillin in the tournament back in the old days, he shouldn't be that behind. He should be higher than 700, while I have Garlic 530 at the maximum. I think that Chiaotzu stated to have a power level to be over 500 hundred or something more Super Garlick Junior had trouble with Goku and and Piccolo with a power level 420 or something Chiaotzu has a power edge and he was training for over a year with more experience in combat than Garlick so I think Chiaotzu takes this
