 Well the powers must going like this:
Goku>Uub barely~Vegeta>>>>>>Piccolo that's my opinion :lol: Goku was equal to Uub but Uub was beaten up a little bit more than Goku and I have Vegeta equal to Uub or slightly weaker than Uub as for Picoolo he gets godstomped by this powers for me

 Uub - was able to fight at least on "par" with Super Baby 2 and getting comments from Baby himself that he's better than Goku, Goku getting humongous gains in space and even having SSJ3, granted he had almost a whole extra year.

Goku - Goku was training Uub who was far more powerful than the original Kid Buu who's SSJ3 tier, so by the time of BoGT, Goku should be Super Buu - Buutenks tier.

Vegeta - Was wanted by Baby with, him going as far to obtain his body to further his plans, and of course you can't do that with a weak PL.

Piccolo - Was implied to still rank in the top tiers by Trunks on Imecka but he was also able to tank a KHH from SSJB Gohan and live, so kind of hard to judge his stats.


Edit: srory I forgot the BoGT, well in that case the order should be:

Goku > Uub >~ Vegeta > >Piccolo

 Well Uub was not quite par with Super Baby Vegeta 2 :blush: he was testing him most I think,and later on he was Majuub his true form gave him incredible powers it was like fusion which might unlock his full potential

Do not forget that Oob (Baby Saga) and Oob Bogt, like the rest of the characters very massively increased their power.

 Base Goku~Oob is made straight forward.

As for Vegeta and Piccolo's ranking, it's more debatable. Feats and statements show them to be >>>>Base Goku (Start of GT) during the Baby Arc, but a year is enough to get some good training boosts, especially when Yamcha and Kuririn got godlike boosts in an hour or so of training in filler.

Considering the general status-quo, Vegeta would probably be behind Goku, whether it be by a little or a lot, but not tiers below. Considering that SSJ Trunks (who was weaker than Piccolo) was able to easily counter Lood's attacks that Base Goku struggled with, I'd say that Piccolo>Base Goku~Oob~/>Base Vegeta at this point.

What do you think of Vegeta Base (Bogt) vs. SSJ Trunks (Bogt)?

   There is a possibility that the planet Luud Trunks and Pan have increased their power?

   And you think Bogt Piccolo vs Ledgic?

You also gotta remember Oob did some training on his own during the whole infection deal was going down. So that's another reason why he'd be stronger at Baby than himself at BOGT.

Then you have:

   Piccolo (Bogt) = Ledgic> SSJ Trunks (Bogt)> Base Goku (Bogt) = Oob (Bogt)> Base Vegeta (Bogt). I'm starting to think alike, but I believe in:

   Ledgic (FP)> SSJ Trunks (Luud)> Base Goku (Bogt) = Ledgic (initial)> SSJ Trunks (Imegga).

   And you think of Gohan (Bogt) vs SSJ2 Vegeta (Bogt)?

 Gohan was at least the same strength as his Ultimate self, given the guidebook statement of him not neglecting training. Given the gap implied between M2 Goku and Imegga Goku, I don't see SS2 Vegeta being close to him at all at that point.

So Gohan pretty much blows everyone out of the water still??

But.. His transformations are what keeps him up with everyone that's stronger than his Ultimate Base form?

 Not really. Trunks never contradicted Pan stating Goku to be the strongest Zet-Senshi, so SS3 Goku>Base Gohan. As for his transformations, it's likely based on the shown powerscaling that he didn't regain them until after Goku and co. went to space.

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

 Based on my relatively limited knowledge of GT and what you guys said above, I'd have to personally rank it like this:

Base Goku (BoGT), Oob (BoGT), Vegeta (BoGT), Piccolo (BoGT) from strongest to least strongest.

Oob: "When things started happening on Earth, I took my siblings deep into the mountains to train, and to protect them. Afterward, I felt Goku-san's tremendous Ki... But then, halfway through, Goku-san's Ki disappeared. Where is Goku-san?"
Note: In the dub, Oob doesn't mention Goku's "tremendous Ki".
