I think Broly is around Perfect Cell or inbetween with FP Cell.

So a FP Bojack wins overall. Base Bojack could be on par with Broly or weaker.

Do you fear seclusion? For this is merely what you push yourself towards.
We jest not due to your differing opinion or humorous use of logic, but due to your irrational passion on a topic that's been scoured extremely thoroughly to the point in which you continue to clone your original interweb entity simply in order to walk a path in which you will no longer move another step forward, and continuously pushing yourself into an environment which rejects you, one carrying characteristics similar to that of a parasite, so overwhelmingly vile that those with a voice of reason and kindness exhibit parasitic traits themselves. Why? Because they need not hear such things coming from the same mouth which releases "so much fail n lack of knowledge" whilst flapping at the same time.

When we think back upon this, we throw back our heads and laugh in glee at having continuously witness such exhilarating content. It's truly nothing personal. Do what you will with a fictional character - but know that your manner in doing so provides some with a special kind of guilty joy.

On topic: Well before the movie's release, TOEI witnessed half of MSSJ Goku's power and were aware that it was only half. To say that the producers were unaware of his full power is, quite frankly, blasphemy.

The producers were aware Gotenks has SSJ3 when M12 was made as Gotenks uses his Kamikazie attack but he only has SSJ in the movie universe. No one cares if they knew. The 50% relates to the Cell Games which has nothing to do with M8 universe. Explain me why they copied Goku's resting syte if they could of copied his full power? Also, your spolier shows how pathetic and clueless are the people who live in the streets of Washington. Thanks for sharing the entire world the level of ignorance that follows this place.
