I'd have Fantastic Piccolo ~ [Post-RoSaT] Base Gotenks... so he'd be stopping at [Post-RoSaT] SSJ Gotenks. Whether or not he'd actually receive that much of a boost is up for debate though...

If you're disagreeing with the fact that they could receive the same boost, then that's your opinion and I already stated that point was debatable. If that is the case my confusion will be clarified.

Nobody will have the same amount of potential as Gohan because he is unique.

If Goku/Gohan fused, would that mean that Gokan would have his potential unlocked? I'm guessing not. Plus, this is the Elder Kai's unlock, not the old fat Namekian guy (blanking on his name for some reason ) The Kai unlock brings a user beyond their limits, correct? By that logic, anyone could have something unlocked by him. Varying, of course, from user to user. But Piccolo is the greatest Namekian warrior ever and is obsessed with training/meditation. Here's what I got: FP Perfect Cell - He's got it. Simply from leaving the RoSaT in the Cell Games he was able to, at the very least, still manage to be standing and putting up a fight against his Cell Jr. while everyone except Trunks and Vegeta were getting the crap kicked out of them. This proves he's at least significantly stronger than a weakened MSSj Goku after fighting Cell. Add onto that his years of training and the unlock. Super Perfect Cell - Same as above. Anime Dabura - Yeah, I think Dabra is overrated. I'm not exactly sure what the difference between non-canon Dabra and canon Dabra is, if anyone wants to point that out. Initial Fat Buu - Initial Fat Boo? Probably. He raised his chi multiple times when he got angry. SSj2 Majin Vegeta - I'm betting so. Though, not by much if he can. It's getting a little murky to me and this "Kai unlock" thing is all a matter of opinion. FP Fat Buu - No, I don't think Piccolo would get unlocked more than into the high SSj2 tiers at the very most, depending on what his base chi is in the Boo saga. He probably kept training and made marginal gains, but, he never fights and is blown out of the water by the exponential increases of the Saiyans. Kid Buu - No, see above. Post Rosat SSj Gotenks - See above. Post Rosat SSj2 Gotenks - See above. Super Buu - See above.

Namekian fusion's kind of weird. Piccolo's fusion with Nail increased his power maybe 10-15x, but he ended up making later gains that put them to shame. Same with Kami, it was a 2x, maybe 2.5x increase which later led to him becoming more powerful than Imperfect Cell (Post-humans) or even Semi-Perfect Cell
