Baltimore Ravens: I think the Baltimore Ravens goal is to establish Joe Flacco as the leader of the team and put the franchise in his hands. They'll need him to take over if they want to repeat as superbowl champions.

Cincinnati Bengals: Take that next step forward. They have a dynamic defense and offense, so it's time for them to get a win in the playoffs. The Bengals goal is to win a playoff game this year IMO.

Cleveland Browns: Either establish Brandon Weeden as the franchise QB or tank it and aim to get Terry Bridgewater lol.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Keep Ben Roethlisberger healthy for a whole season and get the team back into the playoffs. A well coached team like this missing out on the playoffs is unusual indeed.

Chicago Bears: There O-Line was incredibly weak last season, and they've made strides to improve it by signing Jermon Bushrod and drafting Kyle Long. There goal is to give Jay Cutler more time in the pocket.

Detroit Lions: The goal for the Lions to get Matthew Stafford out of that "throw it to Calvin Johnson" mentality. He needs to have more confidence in his progression. The signing of Reggie Bush should somewhat help him there.

Green Bay Packers: Like the bears, they too had a shoddy O-line, but Aaron Rodgers brilliance can make it seem like it's not a problem. What stops them from being true superbowl contenders is there awful defense. They drafted five defensive players. Look for them to improve there defense as there goal.

Minnesota Vikings: Find some stability on offense that is not Adrian Peterson. They've given Christian Ponder some new toys in Cordarrelle Patterson and Greg Jennings. Look for Adrian Peterson to not get such a big workload.

Houston Texans: Two years in a row they have been knocked out in the 2nd round. It's time for them to take that next step and make it to the AFC championship game.

Indianapolis Colts: Avoid the sophomore slump for Andrew Luck and challenge the Texans out in the AFC South. Other than that, just keep developing young talent.

Jacksonville Jaguars: I think it's safe to say that this team is not realistically fighting for a playoff spot or even fighting for an above 500 record, so I'd say there goal is to tank and go for a high draft pick. Perhaps get Jadaveon Clowney or Terry Bridgewater.

Tennessee Titans: They've improved there o-line and that should help Chris Johnson get back on track. Next, they need to see Jake Locker take that next step. He's struggled in the past two years and he needs to have a break out season. He holds them back from playoffs in a wide open AFC.

Atlanta Falcons: This is one of the more complete teams in the entire NFL. That said, it's superbowl or bust season for the Falcons now.

Carolina Panthers: There defense has always been lagging behind there offense, but they had a stellar draft this year. They drafted Kawann Shorts and Star Lotuletei. This should help them improve there defense right away.

New Orleans Saints: With Sean Payton's return, the Saints defense really can't get any worse. And even with an average defense, this is a squad that can make the playoffs.

Tamba Bay Buccanneers: They ranked dead last in terms of there secondary. Bringing in Darrelle Revis should help them there obviously as well as Dashon Goldson. When you include Eric Wright in there, you Look for the Buccanners to have one of the better secondaries in the NFL

Buffalo Bills: There goal has to be to develop Ej Manuel as quickly as they can so as not to make another draft look like a failiure.

Miami Dolphins: They overpaid for a s***ton of people this year, so now it's a make or break season. If they miss the playoffs, then Jeff Ireland is definitely loosing his job.

New England Patriots: Like always, with Tom Brady and Bill Bellicheck at helm, it's a superbowl or nothing season for the Patriots.

New York Jets: End the goddamn circus that is Mark Sanchez and Rex Ryan! LOL.

Dallas Cowboys: Tony Romo just signed a fat extension and he will now retire a Cowboy. Now he needs to live up to that contract and deliver his team to the postseason.

New York Giants: Like Tony Romo, Eli Manning needs to deliver his team to the playoffs, and from there, who knows what could happen? (eheheh 2007, 2012).

Philadelphia Eagles: The eagles need to find there franchise quarterback to run Chip Kelly's high speed octane. It seems like that could be Mike Vick, but let's face it, he can't really throw.

Washington Redskins: RG3, RG3, RG3. I can sit here and say it all day, but the redskins will go nowhere unless RG3 comes back fully healthy and explosive. And he needs to learn how to run out of bounds or slide.

Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning doesn't have many years left, so every year is a superbowl or bust season for him now.

Kansas City Chief: The chiefs actually have a pretty talented team, but they're not quite ready to take that next step into playoffs. There goal should be just to stay competitive and make sure Alex Smith doesn't lose his confidence if things don't go badly at first. We know what happens when he loses his confidence. (See 49ers 2005-2010)

Oakland Raiders: Tank, tank, tank, tank, tank! Try and land the number 1 or two pick to take Jadeveon Clowney or Terry Bridgewater. Either way you get an elite pass rusher or a franchise QB.

San Diego Chargers: Improved O-line play will bring Phillip Rivers back to the elite form he was at for years.

Arizona Cardinals: See Oakland Raiders.

San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers are superbowl or bust teams as well. If they don't win it, it's a failiure.

Seattle Seahawks: Prove that they are not second fiddle in the division. They need to win the division and show ppl who are boss.

St. Louis Rams: This is a team on the rise. Unfortunately, they play in the toughest division in the NFL and they have to play the Seahawks and 49ers four times a year. Honestly, all they can do is hope Sam Bradford can be the elite QB they thought he could be when they drafted him.

Comment your thoughts. I'd love to hear them.
