While they do have equal power levels, Zarbon is obviously comfortable in his own body and has all of his own attacks. Whereas Ginyu has little experience in Goku's body and showed difficulty with even basic attacks. After a tough fight, Zarbon takes this.

SSJ1993? No. I have Zarbon around 21,000. It's been a while since I've seen Namek saga so my memory is a bit fuzzy. The powers are roughly equal and even though Ginyu-Goku has a power advantage, I'd venture to say that the body disadvantage outweighs this.
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

Absolute End of Century Conquerer Posts: 1,345 Group: Member Member #9,053 Joined: February 16, 2013 Favourite Anime Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star	I'd give this to Ginyu, considering how Zarbon's stamina was shown to be so terrible that during his rematch with Vegeta, a sneak attack dealt to him was enough to bring the battle from an equal match to Vegeta tooling him. Ginyu may not have complete mastery of the power of Goku's body, but he's shown to use it fairly well, given how he was still able to hang in there against Gohan and Kuririn, despite being at a significant disadvantage, plus I'd give him the edge in power.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	I think Ginyu wins beacuse of experiance and better fighting skills, but he may not be used to the body so he may have some problems. But let's say he is used to the body and has no problem fighting in it, he wins for sure.
