Posts: 2,542 Group: Member Member #8,475 Joined: October 27, 2012	I was always confused as to people's placements of Piccolo around Semi-Perfect Cell level until recently I realized that I may hold a different belief to those people; the belief that Piccolo entered the RoSaT once again AFTER his conversation with Goku [regarding his usefulness against Cell]. I had thought the chains had resembled something like this: [Pre-RoSaT] Piccolo > SSJ Vegeta This is recently fused Kamiccolo and recently "beaten by Android 18" Vegeta [Post-RoSaT 1] Piccolo ~ SSJ Vegeta This is Piccolo@his conversation with Goku, and Vegeta@Semi-perfect Cell [Post-RoSaT 2] SSJ Vegeta > Piccolo This is at the Cell Games ...leaving Piccolo below SSJ Vegeta [and Trunks] but not by a great deal. I was curious to know if anyone else shared a similar view, or if anything contradicted this view, so: How many trips do you believe Piccolo took into the RoSaT [leading up to the Cell Games], and where do you place him? EDIT: Screwed up the title, if someone could fix that. And the description is no longer accurate, as I changed my mind about exploring the other topic [Popo] and thought I had changed the description but must not have. Posts: 2,148 Group: Banned Member #5,120 Joined: August 9, 2010	Piccolo did one trip imo. He just realized his maximum potential at the time just like Goku and Gohan did. A Semi Cell level power is worthless. I think Piccolo > Ussj2 Trunks based on Trunks surprise at Goku calling Piccolo weak.

You're right; There's no evidence to show he went in a second time... but there's also nothing contradicting it... and going by the fact that he does not mention any limit he's hit and that Vegeta/Trunks are going in a second time, would it not make sense that he would enter a second time also?

In fact the opposite seems suggested. That's what I've always been on board with. If he had gone in a second time, I think it would have been mentioned like Vegeta's and Trunks's second trips were. Not to mention that even if he did go in a second time, it was pointed out and supported that Vegeta and Trunks made big gains their second time, but nothing of the sort for Piccolo was laid out, so those saying he went in twice would only be making him look weaker.

''Well, you've powered up, but Cell's just on another level.'' Paraphrasing tremendously, but Goku tells Piccolo straight that he's no match against Cell. Going in for a second time would just be a waste.
