I mean, I could see how he would be bothered, but it got the point where he was on the brink of killing Jeice (sending a blast his way and saying that he was finished next time). Do you think he overreacted?

I think he got angry earlier because he was considering taking Goku's body and was testing him and didn't want the body overly damaged.
