Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	As some may know, in the anime, Popo got a large strength increase (or just some weirdness, it's your call) during the Boo saga. He fought SSJ Goten and Trunks and managed to be pretty much even with them. Who takes?

Lets see now p,pre rosat Ssj Boys are barely at 17 level that's much weaker than semi perfect Cell which he have 17 powers above that of 18 and Cells own power which easily outclasses both of them together,Popo manage to hold them not beat them exactly Piccolo had asked Goku if his powers can much that of Perfects Cell so that puts him above Semi Perfect Cell so Perfect Cell>>Piccolo cell games>>>Semi perfect Cell>>>>Anime Popo~Android 17~Ssj Goten and Trunks>Android 18 barely and Piccolo made some gains in buu saga so I think he takes it

He was fighting well against a Cell junior. In the 7 years he may have become stronger then Vegeta (Cell games) and I have Gohan weaker then him. So Piccolo can take the SSJ kids by my numbers. The cell juniors weren't serious. Piccolo fought them for a while and layed down on the ground rest of the fight, where Vegeta and Trunks were still standing on their feets. Goku was already far above Vegeta. And Vegeta some bits above Piccolo too. And Gohan here should be atleast at CG Goku or a bit weaker. I'm not saying Piccolo is weaker, but he may be equal aswell. Pretty much this. If not, then Popo easily tears Piccolo apart. If they were nerfed, then Piccolo would probably take this pretty easily.

Trunks and Goten at that point were like Leia and Luke in the prequels, had potential to be strong, just needed proper time and training. (Actually Piccolo being like Obi-Wan is kind of a fitting metaphor don't you think?) Anyway, Piccolo is still a leading force in the Z Fighters. I know Gohan and Vegeta are technically stronger at that point, but if there's ever been a clear 2nd in Command of the Z Fighters, it's Piccolo, not just for his massive strength but his quick wit, special skills and overall abilities. And while Popo's tough, no doubt (You gotta be if you're protecting God), I think Piccolo's ability to fight on the front line despite being the most determental to lose during half the series means he's got a certain edge on Mr. Popo. Fight goes to Piccolo.
