Google Chrome Favourite Manga Naruto	I'd have Kamiccolo, slightly stronger than Semi-Perfect Cell. But I think Powered up Perfect Cell "Against Goku" would clearly win him. SSJ2 Gohan > Super Perfect Cell > (100%) Perfect Cell > MSSJ Gohan > MSSJ Goku > SSJ Vegeta = SSJ Trunks > Kamiccolo. Then there is the lower Tier: Android 16 >> Tenshinhan > Krillin > Yamcha. I don't think that he would have asked that if he would be as strong as semi-perfect Cell or weaker. At that time no1 had seen Cell's true power. So obviously he must have surpassed Semi Perfect Cell even before the boo saga. Kamicollo wrecks him.

Posts: 743 Group: Member Member #6,973 Joined: November 12, 2011	Cell Games Piccolo should be on the same tier as Vegeta and Trunks (at the Cell Games) so the only way this is anything but a stomp only occurs if Piccolo gets substancially weaker come Buu Saga.
