Not only does he have the overwhelming speed advantage, but he was able to fight on par with MSSJ Gohan, who was at least as strong as Goku was at the Cell Games, which left the Zet-Senshi in awe when he revealed it despite Kuririn already estimating it to "far outsrtip everyone".

USSJ Trunks kept up with Inital Perfect Cell and gave up because he couldn't hit him. Like it or not Trunks and Goten are suggested to be at #18 level as SSJ's.

In your interpretation. Another, perfectly acceptable interpretation of the Mighty Mask vs #18 battle is that [Pre-RoSaT] Goten and [Pre-RoSaT] Trunks are roughly at #18's level without transforming.

No, just no. A small ki blast that Goten even told Trunks to heavily hold back on was enough to scare #18 and have her finish it up quickly with a Kienzan. Plus, do you really see #18 fighting equally with MSSJ Gohan?!

They through one punch, missed and 18 slammed them into the ring and fired a kind blast at them. Given the costume was restricting the boys. We also have to take in to account #18 doesn't know who she is fighting, can't sense ki or power levels,, and to her knowledge the only people who can challenge her physically are her husband and his friends who at that point left tournament.#18 "s exp with punching machine shows us she needs to be reminded to suppress her fight strength and witnessing Videl nearly get disqualified for excessive force/ a fatality. There is enough evidence to imply 18 was fighting with at a level comparative to the fighters of the 22nd or 23rd budokai. Hell her ki wave barely damaged the ring. It wasn't until the boys became ssj and fired the kind blast that the advantage went to them. The anime presented a much more balanced fight in base for the boys but at the same time anine base Goten=Krillin. I think we rather not canonize that tidbit. She could just put out enough effort to KO them without it being fatal, yet she couldn't do something like that. As for her blast not doing any damage to the ring, that's just the same kind of error as cameras being able to seemingly film Gohan and Cell's movements, despite them being massively Hypersonic. Saying that #18 was supressed down to the level 22nd/23rd TB fighters is absolutely ridiculous.
