Android saga complications; What if goku and vegeta both caught the heart virus in the android saga?

We know that goku caught that heart virus during his fight with android 19. And vegeta stepped in and saved him. But what if the prince of all saiyans came down with the heart virus as well? Could piccolo step in, destroy 19 and 20(before he can go and activate 17 and 18), and would the z fighters take vegeta to Gokus home for a few swigs of the medicine, or do you think theyll let him die? Offer thoughts and feedback on this!

Everybody else would only really be a burden to him. He'd have to watch out for them while he fights the androids, which would probably lead to something bad happening.

Trunks and Piccolo would either handle 19 and 20 or if 20 escaped then Trunks would have everyone too scared to attack 17 and 18.

I find it doubtful that Piccolo would have a 100% chance of dealing with the two Artificial Humans if they double teamed him, especially considering that'd give them a good opportunity to absorb his energy.

I think Piccolo could of handled the other Andriod with Gero still running for his life.So does Trunks still come back in this idea, if so Trunks, and Vegeta train in the Chamber, and Piccolo trains Gohan to death but I'm not sure if he could of went Super Saiyan so fast like he did with his Father.

Then went on and absorbed a bit of Piccolo's power but still manged to whoop his behind easily. 19 being weaker, I think Piccolo would have beaten them eventually..
