I don't see a reason for Potara to increase potential,sure its more complet fusion of the beings and has a rival boost but why increased the duos potential?i think its the same

I'll re-post my belief even here. For the sake of an example: - Goku's max potential (Ssj4 Goku) = 5 - Vegeta's max potential (Ssj4 Vegeta) = 5 - Goten's max potential (Ssj4 Goten) = 20 - Trunks' max potential (Ssj4 Trunks) = 20 - Fusion boost = 10 - Potara at Vegito = 100 Well then: - Ssj4 Gogeta = (Ssj4 Goku + Ssj4 Vegeta)fusion boost = 100 - Ssj4 Gotenks = (Ssj4 Goten + Ssj4 Trunks)fusion boost = 400 - Ssj4 Vegito = (Ssj4 Goku + Ssj4 Vegeta)*Potara boost = 1000 Vegito has way more potential than Gogeta, and the difference is given by the huge boost provided by Potara. If we look at Ssj4 Goku and Ssj4 Vegeta (remember that Ssj4 = potential) merging with both dance and Potara, we can see that, even if the basical components are the same (i.e. Goku and Vegeta), Ssj4 Vegito would be much stronger than Ssj4 Gogeta, because the potential of a usion is given by the potential of the two fusees AND by the fusion boost, with Potara at Vegito being >>> Gogeta's fusion dance. Vegito and Gogeta aren't the same person, and Vegito's potential is definitely way higher than Gogeta's because rival boosted Potara has a way higher boost than plain fusion dance.
