So I guess by "same situation" Nappa's intelligence is also nerfed too much to fly away? Considering the Makankosappo's amp is roughly 3.25x based on Piccolo's use of it against Raditz, a direct hit should definately be enough to take Nappa down. |

It would have pierced trough Napa I belive. I mean even SSJ2 Gohan had to atleast deflect Cell's makankosappo. It's a bit similar to the Kienzan. I don't know if I'm the only one thinking that. I belive there is somenthing wrong with this.

Well, considering that Nappa thinks Chiaotzu is a pokemon, it's fair to say that he's dumber than Raditz; though Raditz though nudity would make him stronger... Canon Nappa is more stupid as well, at least Raditz realized the Makan was dangerous. Nappa didn't think the Kienzan was worth much, but Radtz would have. (IMO) |

By my calculations it should be enough to take down Full Power Nappa, considering I have Piccolo's battle power at 2,500 at this point. |

As CC said , the amp is somewhat 3.25x. I have Piccolo at 2,200 so he would kill Nappa without being at FP. | |

If thats the case , why didnt he use it ? 3 hours was enough to plan .... and a brute like Nappa would have tried to catch it [like he tried to catch the kienzen] |

It would be too much of a gamble to take without either grasping his tail (which Piccolo later found out to be useless) or getting him in a full nelson. If Raditz managed to dodge, Nappa would dodge as soon as Vegeta warned him. | |

Other than the ki rings around it, there isn't much to say that blast was a Makankosappo and even if it was, the lack of charging would give it little to no amp. Just saying.
