Only enough to use a blast? if he did then i say that Frieza loses here and if im wrong then Frieza stomps Gohan.

He regenerate an attack for the powers he took for Goku and manage to make an amazing blast,however Ssj Goku block it but he was hundred times stronger than Gohan so that blast would have killed Gohan in my opinion
