In Dragonball, on th scene where yamacha is losing to the invisible fighter and Krillin brings Roshi and Bulma to save him, their is a split second of Bulma Nudity. It boggles my mind why the would even put the panel in there. It's a kids show, lol. I think the best looking character would have to be Muten Roshi. He was a master, after all, and I loved how they portrayed his body yet he was far beyond human limits.

As for the topic, comes down to a tough choice between Bulma, Videl, Chichi and #18. Bulma's got the body, while Videl and Chichi have the cuter faces IMO, and #18's on par with them in either category.

He's having a cute face, yet seriousness suited him just as much. perfect height and nice bodyshape (not Bulky like Tien). Generally I could somehow add Goku in here, but for some reason he can't reach Gohan Imo, can't explain why though. Personalty and looks: I like badasses, so ofc Vegeta. The gloomy and cranky expression he always has completely make up for his lack in height. To be honest it even suits him to be short, I wouln't want him any taller. He just has this kind of gracefullness that I really like too, not slacking around like others ;-)
