I have Piccolo takes this in the movie tree of might i have his power level to 20.000 or 25.000 so he would be stronger than Vegeta saiyan saga and he has regeneration to along with special beam cannon so I think he wins

Perhaps your right don't really remember but if they are in the same level...well tough call the one has regeneration and the other one is more tactical I think? anyway I think Vegeta will fugure out a way to win this fight in the end,personal opinion
